Lead Scan is a web-based product feature that enables you to scan business cards and import the data directly into EventHub. Customize the information you capture to include notes, tags, and other responses to improve follow-up with your leads. 1. What is Audio/Text Analysis?
Upload audio files or insert text for an AI to analyze and use to automatically fill custom fields in an exhibitor event’s lead form. As exhibitor staff are often too busy to manually log every interaction during a live event, pairing business card scans with quick voice notes or text uploads provides an efficient way to maintain high-quality lead data.
<attention>This feature utilizes generative AI. Please review your company’s internal security policies before enabling. Uploaded audio files or text will not be used for training any AI models. The uploaded information will only be used within the scope of the selected event.</attention>
2. Enabling Audio/Text Analysis
① Select your Japanese-language event from [Exhibitor Events].
*[Exhibitor Events] will not be displayed if the Lead Scan feature has not been enabled. If you have questions about your account, contact your customer success manager or our chat support by clicking the icon at the bottom right of the page.
② From [Basic settings]>[Lead form] click [Audio/Text Analysis]>[Edit].
*This setting will not be displayed for English or bilingual exhibitor events.
③ Select “On” and click [Save].
3. Create a Form Field with an AI Prompt
The AI will only output data into designated custom form fields as outlined below.

4. Using the Audio/Text Analysis
① Copy the [Form URL] to access the Lead Scan form.
② Click the button that displays [音声・テキスト解析] (Audio/Text Analysis).
<attention>If the button is grayed out and can’t be clicked, ensure you have correctly enabled a compatible form field with an AI prompt, as outlined in Step 3 of this article.</attention>
③ Select [音声ファイル] (Audio file) to upload an audio file.
- Compatible audio file types: m4a, mp3, wav, flac, amr
- Size: up to 100MB
- Larger file sizes may take longer to transcribe and analyze (over 2 minutes in some cases). Interrupting the transcription or analysis will cancel the process.
Alternatively, select [テキスト] (Text) to enter text directly. Click [解析内容を確認] (Confirm analysis contents) when finished.
④ Confirm the AI-generated content for each applicable field and check the box for each field you would like to automatically fill to the form.
Click [フォームに反映] (Show in form) when finished.
- Only fields with an applicable AI response will be shown.
Each field also displays a “Reliability score” for its AI response. This score is calculated by the AI by comprehensively evaluating factors such as alignment with the input content, data extraction confidence, and contextual coherence. Please review the suggestions and use this score as a reference when deciding whether or not to accept the AI’s responses.
