While the EventHub platform includes default participant badging, you can add additional badge customization to include branding, logos, additional user information, etc., for your in-person attendees and exhibitors.
The custom badging option supports QR code scanning for auto printing to ensure a smooth check-in process for event participants and staff. This service also includes options for the check-in hardware, including badge printers and tablets for scanning user QR codes.
<tips>The badge customization option is an add-on service. Contact your customer success manager or our chat support by clicking the icon at the bottom right of the page for details. Please plan at least 2-3 months ahead of your event to ensure enough lead time for hardware procurement and badge design.</tips>
