Use the [Archive videos] feature to share video content from YouTube and Vimeo to the event page, separate from the content played on the [Stage]. Customize each video with a thumbnail image, description, and categories.
1. How to Set an Archive Video
Navigate to the event management page's [Contents]>[Archive videos] tab, and click [Create new].
Fill in the necessary fields and click [Create]. See the following table for additional reference.

Archive Video Description Page
Click a video from the [Videos] tab on the event page to open its description page. This page displays the video's full title, publish dates, description, and any categories attached to it.
2. Video Categories
Create categories to attach as labels on archive videos. Participants can use these categories to filter videos on the event page.
Navigate to the [Contents]>[Archive videos]>[Category] tab and click [Create new].
Enter a unique [Category name] of 15 characters or less and click [Save].
From the [Contents]>[Archive videos]>[Videos] tab, select a video and click [Edit]. Select the applicable options in the [Category] field and click [Save].
You can also assign categories when setting a new video.
Editing and Deleting Categories
Click the icons to edit and delete categories via the [Contents]>[Archive videos]>[Category] tab. Deleting a category will remove it from all videos labeled with it.
You can also drag the categories to rearrange their display order on the videos.
3. Searching for Videos on the Event Page
This section outlines two methods for users to search for archive videos on the event page.
Category Filtering
Select from the available categories to display videos labeled with those categories. Selecting multiple categories will display videos labeled with any of the selected categories.
Free-text Search
Enter keywords to search through video titles and descriptions. Enter a space between keywords to search for videos that contain all keywords. If you have category filters selected as well, the search will return videos containing the keywords and applicable categories.
4. Editing and Deleting Videos
Select a video from the [Contents]>[Archive videos]>[Videos] tab and click [Edit] or [Delete]. When editing a video, click [Save] when finished.
<attention>Deleting archive videos from the event management page also deletes any data collected by the EventHub platform for those videos, including viewing logs.</attention>
