Congratulations on completing your event! 🎉
This is the final step of the EventHub starter guide. “Step 3” explains the event data that you can view via the EventHub platform. Analyzing this data is an integral part of reviewing your event.
1. View Summary Analytics of the Event
From the event management page, navigate to [Analytics]>[Dashboard] to see a summary of the event data and corresponding graphs.
View data for custom date ranges for the [Analytics by date] chart data below the event summary by setting a date range and then clicking [Apply]. You can also filter this data using the corresponding [Attendees] and [Exhibitors] buttons. Reference the following article for additional information: Dashboard
2. View Session Viewership Analytics
Navigate to [Analytics]>[Session analysis] to check the number of viewers and the average viewing time for each session that was created in [Contents]>[Sessions]. A session must have the [Contents]>[Sessions]>[Edit]>[Connect video channel] setting enabled to collect this data.
Click the dropdown menu at the top right of the [Session analysis] screen to display the data for different sessions. Reference the following article for additional information: Session Analysis
3. View Data Collected for Each Participant
You can access a CSV file containing participant data via [Report]>[Lead report]>[Start]. A report may take about 2 minutes to complete. The job will run in the background, and you can check its status via [History]>[Update status].
Lead reports are generated in groups of 1000 registrants. Download the reports for large events in multiple batches.
Once the report finishes, download it by clicking [History]>[Download]. The information shown in this report includes some of the following participant data:
- Participant information & engagement
- Registration type, date, and time
- Video viewing time
- Survey responses
Reference this sample data set and the following article for more information: Lead Report
4. View Survey Results
There are a few different ways to access survey data, depending on which data you need to see. Reference the table below for details.
Survey Data | Description | Location |
Number of surveys responded | The total count of surveys responded to in a given time frame | [Analytics]>[Dashboard]>[Surveys responses] |
Survey responses for a given survey | Individual survey responses with basic participant information | [Analytics]>[Survey]>[Download Excel] |
All survey responses | Responses for all surveys with comprehensive participant data | [Report]>[Lead report]>[Start] to create the report, then [History]>[Download] to access once finished |
5. View Exhibitor Booth Data
Reference the table below for two locations where you can view exhibitor booth data.
Data | Description | Location |
Booth page usage | High-level data about exhibitor booth activity (visitors, materials downloaded, etc.) | [Analytics]>[Booth page usage] |
Booth lead report | Detailed data about participants who visited an exhibitor booth, exported as a CSV file | [Report]>[Booth lead report]>[Start] to create a report, then [History]>[Download] to access once finished |
6. View Participant Networking Data
You can view participant networking data in any of the three [Analytics] tabs outlined in the table below:
Data Type | Description |
Networking status | The status of networking interactions between participants, including who sent messages and breakout meeting requests to whom |
User status | Participation engagement data, including number of sent messages and breakout meeting requests |
Booth staff activity | Exhibitor booth engagement data such as how many breakout meetings booth staff booked |
7. View Archived Video Data
Navigate to [Analytics]>[Archive video analytics] to see total views for your archived videos. Click [Download Excel] to view a report with additional information, such as which participants watched the videos.
8. View Downloadable Material Data
Event participants can download materials directly from session and exhibitor booth pages. You can view who downloaded these materials via [Analytics]>[Content downloads].
