A: You cannot specify when the event page goes live.
The “Date/Time” setting found in [Basic settings]>[Event information]>[Schedule Settings] does not affect the availability of the event page. This setting is for the information displayed on the event page’s [About] tab, registration forms, emails sent from the EventHub platform, etc.
The EventHub platform enables all participants who have completed their registration to access the event page at any time.
Conversely, from [Basic settings]>[Event information]>[Networking], you can use the setting for [Set Date and Time to Activate Networking Mode] to specify when the networking feature goes live.
Additionally, the setting for [Contents]>[Video Streaming]>[Publish Start Date] specifies when video content becomes available to view on the event page’s [Stage] tab.
Configure the above features leading up to your event to help with the following:
- Providing important updates
- Sharing session information
- Getting participants excited for the event
