The networking feature includes the following functions for event participants:

Select the features that fit the needs of your event via [Basic settings]>[Event information]>[Networking].
2. Participant Networking
Attendees and exhibitors can use two methods to look up other event participants from the event page.
1. Searching the Participant Directory
Access the [Participants] tab to view the directory of event participants.
Click on a user to view their profile page. Click [Send message] or an available [Meeting request] time slot to initiate networking.
2. Viewing Booth Exhibitors
Access the [Booths] tab to view the directory of event exhibitor booths.
Click on a booth to view its booth page. Exhibitors linked to a booth will be listed in the "Booth Staff" panel on the right. Click an exhibitor to view their profile page, where you can send messages and meeting requests.
3. Networking Modes
Use the [Mode] settings found in [Basic settings]>[Event information]>[Networking] to customize which networking features are available to participants during your event. The table below outlines the different options and their included functionality.
Networking Mode | Description |
Networking set to [Off] | All networking functions are disabled. The [Participants] tab will not display on the event page, and booth pages will not list any linked exhibitors. Set [Networking] to [On] to enable these features. |
Meeting only | Participants can set their meeting availability and see open slots in others’ schedules to send invites. Accepting an invite schedules the breakout meeting, and those users can then message each other directly. |
Messaging only | Participants can connect with each other by sending messages. |
Meeting and messaging | Participants can freely send breakout meeting requests and messages to each other. |
