You can configure the registration information that you collect from event participants via profile fields. If you have enabled the networking feature, a participant's profile page can display some of this information. This page explains how to add profile fields to the default fields, including standard custom fields and hidden fields.

1. How to Create a New Profile Field
Navigate to the event management page’s [Basic settings]>[Profiles] tab and click [Create new].
Select [Custom field] or [Hidden field].
- Custom field: customizable profile field for collecting information from registrants. Users can view and edit this information via their profile on the event page.
- Hidden field: a profile field that is only visible to event admins. Users cannot view or edit the information stored in this field.
*The maximum number of profile fields per event is 65.
Enter the necessary information and click [OK] when finished.
*Hidden fields have fewer options than standard Custom fields. See the table below for reference.

2. Editing Profile Fields

3. Confirming Your Profile Fields
Reference the points below as you review the profile fields.

Do the fields look correct on your registration forms?
Access your ticketing via [Basic settings]>[Tickets/Forms] to register for the event and confirm the profile fields. You can delete yourself as a user later if necessary.

Do the fields look correct on your profile page?
After logging in to the event page, click the button with your name in the top right corner. Click [Profile] to view your page and confirm the profile fields. Click [Edit] to update your information, including fields not collected at registration.

Do the fields look correct on other participants’ profile pages?
If you have enabled the networking function, participants can only see others’ information for profile fields set to [Publish]. From the event page’s [Participants] tab, click on another participant’s profile to confirm the correct fields are visible.
