This article outlines four reasons a user may get an error when attempting to access the event page. Reference the information below for troubleshooting.
1. The URL is Incorrect
Login links with typos will redirect to the error page shown above. Users should contact event organizers if login links embedded into external websites redirect to the error page.
If the [Login] button or link in an EventHub registration email redirects to an error page, right-click the link and select "Copy Link Address." Then, paste the URL into a browser's address bar to confirm the link is correct. Also ensure the URL does not contain extra spaces at the end of the link.
2. The Email System is Incorrectly Recognizing the Link
The system you use to view your emails may incorrectly adapt URLs into clickable hyperlinks. For example, it may recognize only part of the full URL as a clickable link. Copy the full login link from your registration email and paste it into a browser's address bar to ensure it is correct.
3. The User is No Longer Registered
If a user is redirected to the error page upon login, confirm that the user has not been deleted from one of the event management page's [User List] tabs. The login links in a registration email are unique to each user, and deleted users cannot log in to the event page.
4. The Server is Restricting Access
Your network may be restricting your access to the event page. Try accessing the event page via a different network or device. If you are on a company network, have your IT department whitelist the eventhub.jp domain.
