This page explains how to edit and delete user profiles from the EventHub platform via the [User list] tabs.
While user profiles can also be edited by participants themselves from the event page, users can only be deleted via the event management page.
1. Editing User Data
Click the user you want to edit from either [Attendees]>[User list] or [Exhibitors]>[User list].
When the drawer appears on the right, click [Edit] at the top.
The table below outlines the user profile fields you can edit from this menu.

[On]: Networking functions are available, as applicable [Off]: Profile is hidden from other participants, and networking functions are limited |

The participant’s registration and contact email address *A password setup email will not be resent if the email address is changed. |

[Subscribe]: user can receive EventHub platform emails |
Send request/ message limitation |
The maximum number of meeting requests and messages that can be sent by this user A user cannot access the following functions once they exceed the limit: However, a user can still do the following: *Cancelling sent requests after reaching the limit does not enable participants to send additional requests. |
Staff settings |
[On]: User can see videos on the event page before they are published and choose to display their name on an anonymous Live Q&A [Off]: Unpublished video stream channels are hidden from the user |
Content group | A content group set via [Basic settings]>[Group]>[Content group] |
Meeting location user group | A meeting room group set via [Basic settings]>[Group]>[Meeting room group] |
*When an admin edits a user's information, the edits are also reflected on the user's profile page.
2. Deleting User Data
<attention>Deleting a user’s profile will disable the user's login and delete all data associated with the user. Be careful when deleting user profiles, as it is not possible to restore the data.</attention>
Click the user you want to delete from either the [Attendees]>[User list] or [Exhibitors]> [User list].
When the drawer appears on the right, click [Delete] at the top. Users must be deleted one at a time; they cannot be deleted in bulk.
