Lead reports are CSV files that contain comprehensive participant data, including registration information, video content viewership data, survey responses, etc. This article explains how to access a lead report and provides an overview of the report data.
1. How to Download a Lead Report
Navigate to [Report]>[Lead report] and click [Start].
<tips>Lead reports are generated in groups of 1000 participants. Multiple lead reports will be available to download for events with more than 1000 participants. The values in the parentheses in the "Report Name" field indicate the number of participants included in the lead report (e.g., 1 ~ 1000; 1001 ~ 2000; 2001 ~ 3000; etc.). Click [Start] for the report you want to download.</tips>
A report may take about 2 minutes to complete and be available to download. The job will run in the background, and you can check its status via [Lead report]>[History]. Click [Update status] to refresh the report status, and once it shows "Success", you can download the report.
Lead reports with many participants may take longer to complete.

3. Additional Notes
- As lead reports are generated in groups of 1000 participants, download the reports for large events in multiple batches.
- No more than two reports of the same type can be in the creation process at the same time.
- If you change the event date and time, the [Virtual Attendance] field will recalculate for each participant. However, once a participant is marked as [Attended], they will not be marked again as [Not yet], even if you change the event date and time.
