The [Analytics]>[Dashboard] tab summarizes event data that you can filter by date and participant type. This article provides an overview of the dashboard's data and how it is calculated.
*Note that deleting a user will remove their data from any calculations on the dashboard.
1. Event Data Ranges
While you cannot set a custom date range for the event summary data at the top of the [Dashboard] tab, you can filter the [Analytics by date] data below the event summary by custom date ranges. Set a date range of up to 180 days and click [Apply].
2. Analysis Details
The following table outlines the event summary fields at the top of the [Dashboard].
Field | Description |
Registrants | The total number of users who registered, either as attendees or exhibitors |
Participants | The total number of registered users who accessed the event page during the event Changing the event dates will recalculate this field accordingly. *Even if a participant checks in to an event via QR code, they will not be counted in this field's total unless they access the event page. |
Participation rate | The percentage of registrants who were also counted as participants according to the definition above [Participants] ÷ [Registrants] |
Booths visited | The total number of booth pages that users visited If users visit a booth page multiple times, they are only counted once. Exhibitors linked to a booth (staff) do not count towards the total when visiting their own booth page. |

3. Differences From the Daily Report
The [Analytics]>[Daily report] tab contains event page data in the "Accessed" and "Active users" fields. This participant data differs from the [Dashboard] tab's [Participants] field and is outlined in the table below.
Field | Description |
Accessed | The total number of registered users who accessed the event page for the first time at any time on a given day |
Active users | The total number of registered users who accessed the event page at any time on a given day |
The data for the fields listed above is not limited to the dates between the event start and end dates set via [Basic settings]>[Event information]. The values are total counts of both attendees and exhibitors.
4. Specific Participant Data
The [Dashboard] tab displays only aggregate participant data. When you want to confirm the activity of specific users, reference the following methods:
Events With Video Streaming
The lead report provides detailed participation data for each user. Since users must access the event page to watch a video stream, use the data from the "Viewing time" columns to determine a user's participation during the event. Access the report via [Report]>[Lead report], and reference the following article for additional information: Lead Report
Events Without Video Streaming
Reference the [Analytics]>[User status] tab's "Last accessed" column for the users who accessed the event page. Check this data right as your event ends to see who accessed the event page during the event.
